How do I play?

TumbleVibe is a companion app for a wooden block tower you stack yourself. Number the blocks 1–54 on their short cut ends and build the tower (store-bought sets often come numbered — and you can also play without numbers at all). Roll the dice in the app, pull the block it names, and see what the card asks of you. If the tower stays up, your opponent does the challenge. If it falls, you take three penalties. The app also walks you through this on first launch, and you can reopen it any time from How to play? on the home screen.

I bought a pass but the cards are still locked

Open your account settings (profile icon, top-right of the home screen) and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchase with your account. If the cards are still locked afterwards, email us with the Apple or Google account you purchased from and we'll sort it out.

What do I get when I pay?

All four decks — Family, Kids, Party and Couples — are open to everyone from the start. Without a purchase you get the first 8 cards of each difficulty level; the game never stops, the cards simply loop. Paying unlocks the full card pool, over 2,400 cards per language.

Three options are available: a one-week pass, a three-month pass, and a yearly subscription. The two passes are one-time purchases and do not renew. The yearly plan is an auto-renewing subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from, not by us.

The one-week and three-month passes are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel; they simply expire.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund from your Google Play order history. If a refund is granted, access to the full card pool ends.

What are AI penalties?

When the tower falls in the Party or Couples decks, you can let the app generate three penalties tailored to your group instead of using the standard cards. This is optional — the standard penalties are always available. There is a monthly limit on AI generations, shown in the app when you use the feature.

Which languages are supported?

English, French, German and Spanish. Each deck is written natively for its language rather than translated, so the cards fit the culture they're played in. You can switch language any time from the home screen.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app. See our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions and exactly what gets removed.

I found a problem, or I have an idea

Both are welcome. There is a feedback option inside the app's account settings, or you can email us directly at support@tumblevibe.app.
